Yeah I am already tired of the coverage this story is getting, you have both candidates flubbing and then the pundits commenting on it having a history of doing similar things.

 

The masters degree won't necessarily help me in my field (though I suppose it could open up the opportunity for me to adjunct at a local college), but we get pretty decent pay bumps for masters degrees, about 8-10K over bachelors, and we uhhh definitely need that lol

also my main takeaway from the Putin interview is that Tucker is a moron. Yeah that's what I was getting at, it's not an excuse and it isn't really relevant in this case but it could be, and a proper understanding of the later stuff he talks about in Polish and Austrian Ukraine is actually revealing in a way that countermands his argument - the Russophilic/Pan-Slavic early Ukrainian nationalists were indeed Russophilic and Pan-slavic and looked to Russia as a slavic protector but did want an independent Ukrainian state with close ties to its brethren.
