I think other studies have been posted here before showing basically the same thing—-people don’t respond to nudges to change their behavior voluntarily to fight climate change. Need big govt policy to do it for them.

This is true but there are reasons for this. A big one being that our commodities make it very inconvenient and often expensive for someone to individually significantly reduce their carbon impact. More importantly though it’s been shown that a few industries are responsible for the vast majority of man made ghg emissions, so the focus on everyday people is misplaced in the first place.

okay, I realize most people are not going to take 2 hours & 7 minutes out of their day to watch the entire interview, but take my word for it, when you watch the entire thing and see what Putin is talking about and the sheer breadth and scope of it and how much ground he is covering, the fact that he purposefully takes the time out for a few asides to very publicly shit on and humiliate tucker carlson is incredible and very, very funny
