wow. I can't imagine anyone thinking that was a good idea, or anyone deluding themselves beforehand that it was going to go any other way.

 

Not that Biden deserves to be defended, but considering there was a question right before that about the border bill, I could understand why his mind was on Mexico so an understandable misspeak. But since it’s him any small misstep is gonna get the attention of everyone and get blown up.

Either way that press conference doubtfully did any good for him. But letting the media keep running rampant on that story wasn’t good either. Lose Lose for him tbh

 

yeah feels like a typical Biden gaff. I know I certainly make brain farts like that all the time. But it certainly doesn't help things. And it totally sucks that we're going to have to weekend at Bernies this guy all year long just to prevent Trump from taking over again when there are literally dozens of better choices aren't there that don't make gaffs every time they speak

if I were on Biden's team, I would do whatever it took to ensure the camera cuts away when he stops talking and does not under any circumstances show him walking away from the podium. murder, bribery, anything.

 

I don't feel bad for him in the least because I fucking despise him, but tucker carlson had no idea what he was walking into sitting down at an interview with Putin like that

I honestly just wonder if tucker carlson actually thought in his brain that he was going to go in there and sit down across from Vladimir Vladimirovich and dictate how things were going to go, control the interview, be top dog. given what little bit I know about him and how he used to be the top rated whatever it is they call them on Fox News, there's a chance he actually really did, which makes the whole thing funnier to me

those clips are objectively funny but it's actually just a fascinating thing to watch aside from the humor
