i respect that. for me, i love a cluster elimination multiman and WWE is otherwise allergic to those these days because they only know how to write unbeatable champions so it wouldn't even need to leave the ring for me to be satisfied.

I should note - I do usually enjoy the matches as they're unfolding well enough. I just don't usually find them memorable beyond that and they all sort of blend together afterward.

The one with Santino being in the final two was super fun.

Yeah, Chamber and MITB are basically "what cool spots can we imagine" kinda matches that rarely feel very personal, etc. The exception is when they caught lightning in a bottle with Kofi, and 2017, where they had the AJ/Cena feud going hot and the Randy/Bray feud really heating up.

Hilarious, both are really only memorable when they completely f' them up (Brock entering MITB at the end...Shayna just choking out everyone as they entered, etc)

The 2nd Elimination Chamber at Summerslam 2003 was the most ripped off I've ever felt as a wrestling fan.

it should be illegal for a 6 man match with 4 staggered entries to go less than 20 minutes lmao

    Re: Scott D’Amore

There is no way that the locker room will receptive of this decision. Scott was one of the primary figures in reviving and keeping the company alive over the last few years. I’m sure plenty will ask for their release or not renew their deals.

I wonder if it will ruin tna’s relationship with wwe

Memories are nice, but that's all they are. Prestigious

It’s just an awful decision. TNA is in one of the best spots they’ve ever been in and they decide to just upend it.

It’s said Scott is the one who formed the relationship, so I’d imagine so.

This sucks because TNA was a nice 3rd option for a lot of wrestlers who could get TV time and a national platform while doing indies. Everything Fightful posted points to this blindsiding the roster and not being communicated in the best way.

I do worry about their future since they don’t do well ratings or draw much of a live gate. They’ve arguably had the best Women’s and tag divisions the last year. Their PPV’s are always a fun watch too.

Both AEW/WWE are bloated right and a lot of these talents would be left on the indies if TNA folds. It would be cool to see Grace go to WWE and AEW would be an awesome spot for Masha and Killer Kelly though.

Sounds like a bunch of capitalist nonsense and Scott D’Amore was let go for bullshit greedy corporate reasons.

Late to the Elimination Chamber talk, but the tag team one was fun as hell, 2020 I think it was?

True, but HHH could definitely be running on borrowed time. The uncertainty within TNA/WWE at the same time is quite insane.

That’s true, even without the lawsuit I think Dwayne is looking to push him out. The landscape of the wrestling business honestly worries me tbh

  18. Was actually kinda excited at the idea of WWE/TNA working together but with all the changes going on it’ll probably lead to nowhere.

Would’ve been cool to send Natalya over to put Grace over or something.

Its amazing too because TNA basically should have been dead a couple years ago...its truly stunning that ROH outlived it.

Gonna be sad if it dies when it was so close to its recent peak
