We are never getting a new album.

 

Yeah a 2 week European tour definitely means they have no time to put anything out huh

A three year wait (with a ton of touring and blowing TF up in between) really isn’t that long between albums

 

would be amazed if they're not feeling burnt out

 

Still hoping they bring back Greg Cerwonka for the newest album whenever that is

 

EXACTLY. How dare a hardcore band take very opportunity to make money and not put out new music.

 

Been listening to this album a bunch lately. Really vibes with the summer.

On that note, does anyone have the Thank You shirt in a size large and black? They have a white on the site, but it’s sold out of course. Figured I’d try my chances here as all I can find are bootlegs and they don’t have the front and back.

 

Just listened through with Dolby Atmos/Spatial Audio - this might be the only album I prefer to listen to with Spatial Audio enabled. They really captured the energy of careening around the stage while somehow sounding lush and the little production flourishes just shine throughout.

 

I been listening to Glow On a lot and happy for their well earned success, mad like the first time I heard or seen Turnstile live was when I was asked by a mate to go see The Story So Far in Birmingham because his friend dropped out and he gave his spare ticket to me for free and I got to the venue and when Turnstile came onstage.. it must of been when Non Stop Feeling was released in retrospect but anyways they tore the place apart and played like they were headlining instead and TSSF just didn't stand a chance after that and then I saw them on the last gig i went to before the world shut down at a small venue in Birmingham with no barrier on the Time & Space album cycle and they were chaos but a good fun chaos and good vibes all around but since then it's crazy how big they have gotten!!

 

Love this album and all but wish they’d hop back in the studio lol

 

I imagine the band has to feel at least some sort of pressure to follow up a record as colossal as Glow On so they’re taking their time.

Would be surprised if the band isn’t in the studio by this time next year though.

 

As much as I would love new Turnstile material, I just want them to take a long break for a while just to avoid major burnout first then eventully start work on a new record.

I genuinely don’t know how you can hear turnstile in that song. That sounds far more like ETID than Turnstile. Uncooked is the one that has some Turnstile vibes

 

It sounds like straight ETID for sure, Uncooked is definitely “let’s write a Turnstile song” song.

still hope the full version of that ITYSL song comes out at some point

 

never once thought about turnstile hearing the new FYS songs. However, the most recent track reminds me of NIN
