Pumped for this and early word is that it will definitely live up to the hype. LP2 is still my favourite but there are so many gems since as well.

Really enjoyed my first listen.

 

I really enjoyed this on first listen. It didn't absolutely wow me like LP5000 did, but Restorations' floor is better than the ceiling for most bands and this is far from the floor.

 

This rules

 

Yeah this is probably my least favorite in their catalogue besides LP1. It is good but nothing really grabbed me.

 

This is my first experience with this band and I enjoyed it

 

Listened in the car on the way home from the Fall Out Boy show. Album is great, this is their relax and hang out with your friends in the yard record. It’s just so fun! Jon’s voice has gotten a little thinner and higher over time, but I really enjoy his tone and some of his lyrics are so funny. Dave is always a guitar beast.

Stoked to see them live at the end of April!

 

Had my second listen on the back half of an 8-mile run this morning and was really feeling it. Some great guitar work and I started to grasp more of the lyrics and themes.

“Someone Else’s Dream” really hit:

You’re still a kid to the grown-ups
