I never even heard of Orlando until that fest got announced, tbh

 

ya know you guys make jokes, but I am going there for like 10 days in May with my wife and her family. Literally once the parks are all closed there is literally nothing to do. Because of all the tourist stuff it’s like a C market concert town at best.

 

Some small town in the middle of Florida I guess

Nuts how huge YMAS is in the UK. I completely fell off with them after Hold Me Down, which I still consider a pop rock classic

 

Jokes aside I thought Orlando got pretty decent shows. But I’ve only ever been twice for Disney World, so I don’t feel like I have a say…

 

It’s weird it seems like arena wise they get most of those big tours, but they don’t seem to have a ton of smaller venues, they seem to get tours that tend to be consistent with those B-C-D market tours. I’ve been doing research since we knew we were going.

 

well THAT sure makes it sound like they're playing Outside Lands in SF, which begins the next night ...

 

…what? There are tons of concert venues ranging from sub-200 cap clubs to a football stadium. May is still a ways out so the calendar will fill up before then.

 

This is coming to Portland the same day as the Enterprise Earth headliner. If promoters are smart they'll just combine the two shows into a bigger venue.

I can confidently say I’ve been to every kind of size show in Orlando, coffee shops, small bars, tiny clubs, arenas, amphitheater, hell even shows at the theme parks

Anyone know if Counterparts have another US run planned after the Metalcore Dropouts tour ends? They were incredible in NJ on Sunday.

 

As someone who lives like 40 minutes from Orlando, there are all sorts of venues here. The only real gap is after the Hard Rock at like 3k the next size up is 10k for the college arena or the "amp" at the fairgrounds.

 

I hope so, since Eulogy they have done two Euro headliners, one US A/B market headliner, one US/Canada B/C market tour, and now two support slot tours. I feel they have to do at least one more headliner to wrap up the eulogy cycle.

I think they just did this same tour in december, it was in tulsa at the vanguard
