I know I’m a little late but I cannot be more excited about a new action espionage game from Kojima. That’s all we know and it’s already one of my most anticipated games that probably won’t come out for like 8 years

 

DS2 going to be the best game of all time

 

Besides the absolute star acting power he gets, I love how Kojima just gets all these wildly talented directors to just star in his games. The past two years he’s invited so many to his studio and most likely scanned them for this game or maybe the Xbox one. Alex Garland was just posted the other day for example. Dude just loves movies and I really hope he actually tries to direct one someday.

 

dannnng death stranding looks absolutely sicc

is it worth it to play the first one without an internet connection? I hear that a big part of it is asynchronous online aspect but I don't have a stable connection

 

I don’t even know what I watched with death streaming 2 but that guitar/sword fight was sick

 

It really was haha. At first I was like huh? Kinda corny I thought......then I saw it in action and was like OK YEAH

was gonna start it the other day but watched some videos about it from when it launched and I kinda think I’d get bored with it

 

It’s very much not for everyone

the place I was in when it came out probably had a lot to do with my enjoyment of it. It was a very cathartic experience, but I totally understand people being bored and not into it

 

I thought it was about a dude who delivers packages and has a bad trip I still don’t know what it’s about but that’s all the content I seen made it seem like

 

This is what kept me from playing it too. I got a PS5 last year and wanted to play this, but I heard there’s no point without the online play.

 

Nier concert is absolutely insane. At intermission now. Keiichi Okabe is here and they brought out Emi Evans and J’Nique Nicole to duet Song of the Ancients and it was so explosive. They closed the first half with my favorite Nier song (Shadowlord)

The puppet in DS2 killed me, why is that a thing?

 

i played a couple hours of Death Stranding, either I haven't gotten far enough to get it or it just isn't for me

 

Death Stranding rocks, but starts a little too slow maybe. Anyone really interested in playing, try sticking it out until chapter 3 when you start getting more traversal options and the game speeds up a little. If you’re not hooked on delivering packages by that point it’s maybe not for you

I mean, I said it like 15 pages ago. It's fine, I can barely remember what day it is at any given moment.

It's one of those games that def isn't for everyone. It took me a few times of restarting it and eventually I saw a streamer play it and decided to try it again and got hooked. It's also one of those games that you could probably watch a Lers Play or something just to follow the story beats.
