This has easily been the worst the Metro has been arguably since we went to four divisions. There’s a good chance you’ll see an ugly fight for third in the Metro and all five Atlantic teams won’t really have to sweat for a spot.

Apparently this might not get to trial until 2026. Off to the KHL until then for them? Actually it's a criminal case they might not be allowed to leave Canada or Ontario.

We’ll see how he fits but my first inclination was that Vancouver overpaid

 

I don't know anything about the players Vancouver traded away but it seems like a lot, especially if this is just a rental and they don't sign Lindholm

but I guess they're going all in for a run this year

 

Lindholm with Pettersson won't be too bad

hope it works out for them

 

Despite all that text this trade is really a first and career AHLers for Lindholm. If you can slot him as your 3C, you're in good shape.
