I mean he managed to throw Drew out of the Rumble after the injury and give Cody a GTS. It probably hurt a shit ton, but the damage had been done at that point and I don’t think it can get much worse since it’s a complete tear.

 

Those new corner camera shots were cool.

Very good main event. I would find pretty hard to believe Drew hasn’t re-signed with how well he’s being featured.

 

I think the chances of it being a work are near zero given that they were clearly going with Rollins/Punk and were more than likely counting on him to be the big name at EC. No Roman, no Rock, no Seth, no Brock (if he would’ve been involved), no Gunther.

Rumor there was that Dom would have eliminated him (like he did Bron), so Dom would have been beast fodder at Elim chamber.

 

I wonder if that would have been 2 minutes of fun Dom destruction or like 7-10 minutes of uncomfortable shades of Zach Gowen (sp?) destruction and maaaaaaybe the crowd gives him a bit of sympathy and a face turn? Not that that would be good or the right thing, I just wonder which option they would go for.

Where do people stand on Priest?

Seems like a guy you definitely have cash-in and lose, to me. I just don't feel like he has it. Especially at a time when you want to keep that World Title exceptionally strong after getting booed last night on Raw at the mere mention of it being in the same realm as Roman's belt.

 

It sucks but yeah he’s not world title level. Turn him face and have him cash in honorably or something and lose. He should still be near the top of the card, but probably shouldn’t be carrying the title at this point

 

Let him cash in and have miz destroy him right when the match is official

 

wouldn't it have been better/more interesting if he had cashed in during or after one of finn's matched with seth and turned Finn back to a babyface
