The Bear is legitimately very funny. I don’t know why everyone is always so confused by it being labeled a comedy, even outside of the half hour vs hour distinction.

Finally watching the first season - the Malort ad as a gag above the shop is hilarious

 

i feel like this show would give me anxiety since I've worked in the hospitality industry most of my life haha..

 

It's honestly funnier and more heartwarming than I was expecting. Give it a shot (past the first episode lol)

 

Oh it will, even if you've never worked a second at a restaurant, but that's not the whole show and it's still well worth it.
