Love the EP as much as the LP but definitely not interested in that price for three songs.

Also, as I age, I have less and less patience for playing vinyl with short sides. Too much flipping !

Good interview, but it's kind of weird that the interviewer was trying to out Brendan.

 

Feels like a new album this year is very likely, yes?

 

I feel like they'll sit this year out to recharge / make a new record and then hit it hard again in 2025

 

They're just starting to work on their next album (allegedly) so I'm guessing earliest would be a fall release, but a year from now seems a bit more realistic to me

 

They will tour Europe in the summer

Yeah, I love the black ones - really hoping that they end up being sold in the Australian converse store too

 

Yeah, those lows are must purchases for me

Would purchase a turnstile 70 de Luxe at light speed (pretty clear it’s not part of the collar tho)

 

Never owned a pair of Converses... That probably doesn't change now, but this is v cool.

Is there an ETA on new music?

 

Guessing they have ideas and some things written/recorded, but probably don't need to be in a rush to get anything out. They went pretty hard for a few years on the last album. They broke through to a cruising altitude level. No need to rush or be on the hamster wheel.

 

Doubt theres a record out before 2025 but I'll be happy to be wrong on that
