How does this not get anywhere near Texas? Still not sure how I feel about Avril especially after the whole Mod Sun breakup thing. But this does sound like a fun tour and I really like both ATL and Simple Plan (shame they're split up).

ATL had one of the best records last year. I’d rather see them on a headline tour but I’m sure this will sell well

It's so weird to have this be the first use of the ATL tag in over two years. Guess it's better to warn people when they're the supporting act on a big bill. Has anyone followed the court case they filed? The docket has been pretty quiet overall -- there was supposed to be a proper case management conference earlier this month, but it looks like ATL's attorney hasn't been able to serve the defendants. From what I can tell, they've mostly been conducting a bunch of third party discovery to try unmasking the accusers.

How are you able to follow any of this info? I haven't seen anyone talking about the case since the court order for twitter to turn over the accuser's info

Anyone can access the case docket through the Los Angeles Superior Court's website. The case number is 22STCV04218. You have to pay to see the actual documents, but if you have an account with the court, you can preview the first page of any document, meaning single-page documents are effectively free to view. That includes the minute order from this month's status conference.
