i walked away from this thread for a couple hours for some meetings and come back to three tour announcements i will buy the minute they go on sale. hallelujah.

 

100% agree, I was expecting $50-60 at the very most. Maybe it's because that Sum 41/Simple Plan coheadliner played at a similarly sized club two years ago and was that much?

It is. I think you can somewhat justify it with it being their final tour and all. But def a lot for sure

 

I saw Sum 41 play a terrible set at at warped tour once and I think tickets were like $50 so anything more than that is too much

Live Nation venues are to blame for a lot of it. The Interrupters are also a pretty big support band that I’m sure has a decent guarantee. Each band is selling their overpriced LN VIP packages here that are a robbery compared to a lot of other bands. I honestly would have preferred smaller openers in a 1500 cap club over a 6500 cap half empty basketball arena lol

 

It's VIP pricing, it includes meet & greet, special acoustic set and more. Some bands charge like 150 dollars just for m&g and a poster.

 

it's just weird that it's the only option haha

 

Went to check out Waxahatchee ticket prices and its $65 plus fees. $80 total.

Paramore canceled all their festival shows in LatinAmerica. Kings of Leon are the replacements for all of them and fans are not happy.

 

WTF is going on with this band....

 

Imagine the distraught fans when they cancel their shows with Taylor.

 

thats my gf. we're seeing her in liverpool and shes ALMOST as excited to see paramore as she is to see ts.
