Haha I love the new EP though! So glad YC is back. Discovered you guys on purevolume two decades ago, seen you guys at least half a dozen times since then.

 

Love the new EP, and I don’t know, I guess I missed it back in the day, but after reading the review here a while back and checking it out, have been absolutely obsessed with the southern air album. Classic level for me, obviously very late to the party on that one.

It's great seeing them getting increased exposure. Very excited for what the future holds!

 

Playing on tv is so fucking hard and I’m so proud of the whole team for what we did today. Love this band.

 

I can only imagine the insane amount of coordination it takes to make all of that run smoothly, not to mention the pressure to nail it haha.

A side note, I love the guitar picks. I "caught" one of your orange picks with a rebel symbol on it back in 2013 or so when I saw you guys in Munich, Germany and it was one of my most prized "Show" related positions, along with my blink untiled pick. Sadly I lost it when moving back to the US . Your guitar pick game is strong haha.

 

Love this band. Still stand by saying they should cover "Girls Just Wanna Have Fun" one day.

Better late than never! Southern Air might be my favorite album of theirs. Banger after banger on that album haha.

 

I thought it sounded phenomenal. The vocal harmonies sounded spot on. Ryan and Cassadee’s voices sound so great together. I literally yelled “get it” when they nailed that high harmony in the second chorus. Loved this version of the song. I haven’t stopped listening to the EP since it came out. I hope this song exposes new people to the fact that Yellowcard are still releasing such quality material.

Also, props to the Yellowcard team for getting them back on TV! That’s huge. I’m really proud of this band.
