I don't think you have to market it as anything if you put Swift's name on there

I know, but I think Coachella and Taylor would want to make this a unique booking if it was to happen. This would probably on par if not greater than the hype around Beyonce's Coachella set.

Hope so. Bummed I missed their LA show last week

Some power agent has to eventually tell Coachella to go fuck themselves with these absurd radius clauses and announcement delays. Eventually someone is gonna be like "Listen, unless you're paying my act 2-3x their rate, they should be allowed to play in fucking Nevada around the fest."

Like the average Coachella goer is even there for a specific act lmao. It’s the Instagram influencer capitol of the world. No one who’s into that is missing it just because an individual artist is playing closer to them.

I don't think they will. The amount of worldwide coverage you can get from a streamed performance is truly game changing for some acts,

It's such a shame how far this fest has shifted from its initial 8 years. They really brought it back to form with that 2020 lineup that unfortunately never got to happen. Wish they would aim for that again.

Holy shit, this is rad! I saw C.I.V. at Riot Fest years back and it was one of my favorites of the entire weekend. Gonna have to hit up that Rhode Island date!

Pawtucket date is also with COA, Anklebiter, and the pride of Bloomington Indiana, What Counts.
Would recommend anyone nearby to not miss it & show up early

this thing went from a solid festival to a overly drunk teenager party. they made such a weird pivot with their bookings.

At least the Killers has some appeal to the older crowd...Id def think they'd be a booking for SoundonSound instead...maybe that festival died and they will have some more diversity this year at GovBall

Agree but there just isn't really a demo of people living in NYC in their late 20's/early 30's who ideally want to go stand around a parking lot in the middle of the city to see acts that we get anyways. Sound on Sound in Bridgeport and Sea Hear Now in Asbury Park now caters to that demo.
