I worked at a Subway and think they should still exist. Sometimes, especially in a small town, it’s the most marginally healthy fast food option. That said, I opt for Jimmy John’s.

Also, if you work at a Subway, the smell never comes off your clothes and will haunt you forever.

 

Im still not 100% comfortable going to theatres since the Aurora shooting. I still go obviously but I have my guard up if you will.

 

My bad theater experiences have been few and far between and I can't pay attention at home

I was raised in a "buy our candy from the dollar store and sneak it in the theatre" household. My dad would do it pretty much every time.

 

my wife and I definitely get a soda every time and popcorn probably 80% of the time, otherwise yeah we make a stop at dollar tree a couple of minutes away from the mall lol

a coworker gave me some amc coupons he found at his house awhile back, a couple were from 2015 and still worked so I ended up paying like, 85 cents for popcorn and a soda during one visit

 

Yup, jacket season rules. The other day I bought in a 20 oz bottle in my pocket.

 

I'm also an AMC investor (not really but shhhh) and they just give out free stuff once a quarter or so

 

movie theaters don’t stop you from seeing movies, you’ll just have to wait a little longer to see it.

I just said subway because Mick is a subway freak. Eats it like 14 times a week.

 

Maybe that's why he has such dumb takes. Poisoned brain from shit food.

 

We were actually told to let people bring food in if they wanted. I wouldn’t care if people are sneaking in candy or something small but people would bring in like full bags of food or a giant pizza and that pissed me off. I don’t want to sit next to somebody eating a full ass meal just wait a couple hours

some dude opened a footlong sub next to me one time and it reeked like onions the entire movie

I've seen multiple fights stem from this. No thanks.

 

I still have haunted memories of seeing Revenge of the Sith sitting next to a kid eating a smelly movie theatre hot dog and just being distracted by it the entire movie

 

That’s total freak behavior. Even Jared would disapprove.

 

I’m gonna try the free ranch popcorn tonight at “Mean Girls.” I expect both will be disappointing.

 

I normally go out to eat somewhere with my fiancée before the movie and then I’m easily fine not eating anything for 3~ hours lol

 

I don’t want to do anything that Jared would approve of

 

man I can't believe Mean Girls is getting the Dolby showings at mine. Insane.
