Folks you should really all be used to bumps in the road for team paramore by now

 

I don't think their social media wipeout is related to this cancellation. I think they might just be mentally exhausted and/or just want to focus on the Eras tour this year.

 

I saw them three times in four days just over a month ago. They’re at the top of their game and loving being a band more than ever.

 

Yeah I think we all momentarily forgot that their former label had a hand in their online presence and socials, etc. The timing of that show cancellation was a bit weird but hopefully they just need some time to regroup.

The variety article they linked says they aren’t so I’ll go with that and hope it’s true

 

It really just makes no sense for them to break up now. They are at the top of their game, they seem to be really geling as a band, both among the core three "official members" and the new touring members. They literally just posted a couple weeks ago that while the future is uncertain they are sure they will keep working together.

 

I mean it would be insane for them to cancel and leave all of that Eras tour money on the table for one thing

 

Someone probably got burned out and aren’t ready to do a one-off and for the betterment of everything ahead (eras tour) they backed out.

I really don’t think there’s anything to read into it.

 

don't forget they still have their mystery project/collaboration with David Byrne that they haven't discussed in a while

 

if hes producing the next record i stggggg

 

The optimist in me believes they're going hard in the studio so they can have *something* ready by the time the Taylor Swift tour starts up, which could explain the sudden festival date cancellation. I don't think they would clear their socials and end the era this soon after TIW if they weren't ready to move forward

 

perhaps we should stop speculating and simply wait for the band to confirm whats up when theyre ready!!
