New Orleans remoulade sauce is one of the best sauces imo. And also the roast beef reduction that they put on a beef po’ boy is amazing.

 

I don't even eat sandwiches that often lol maybe once every couple of months so ignore my opinion

 

I do want to go to Nola v bad though I'll eat 600lbs of gumbo

not to circle back five pages but you can accept whiplash is basically science fiction in terms of how accurate it is while also accepting it’s a very good movie

 

Aside from the annual seasonal threat of literal complete and total property destruction, NOLA might honestly be a perfect city.

I don’t care about the accuracy lol. My complaint was that it just doesn’t really go anywhere.

Movie starts with a talented drummer and a jerk of a teacher and ends with a talented drummer and a jerk of a conductor. It doesn’t suck but it’s def not as good as lauded in my opinion.
