Jaime balled out tonight snd ended up with 31 and 10. He looks better every night and really stepped with Jimmy out in this game.

 

I feel like Lowry is much better this season compared to last

 

He was injured a big chunk of last season but yeah he definitely has a lot more life in him this year. I know he was not happy at all about losing his starting spot but I’m not sure if that was the sole difference.

I knew you were referring to Jaquez so I just let it be lol. But yeah I saw that earlier too. He’s been so good at making the right cuts and knowing when to attack the rim. You can see his confidence grow week to week as his teammates and Spo have gained more and more trust in him.

Anthony Black has 17 at the half, which is already his career high. I'm glad he hasn't been forcing it too much this year, but it's also nice to see him be a little more aggressive like he is tonight. Also, Drew Gooden's calls would have you believe Daniel Gafford getting an offensive rebound and dunk is the most exciting thing to happen to the Wizards this year.

 

Some fun facts of Detroit / shitty basketball based on current records:

Detroit had a 2-game win streak. The fuckin’ Wizards can’t even say that (I assume every other team can, only checked the bottom few).

Detroit was actually above .500 at one point in time this year. Memphis, Washington, Charlotte, Portland, Toronto, Utah, Chicago (at least) can’t say that!

 

Not surprising, but disappointing since this should have been a fun game.
