Its been a fun and interesting year in the vinyl world and I'm sure next year will be even more exciting / dreadful financially. I'm glad to be a part of this community.

But all material things aside. I wish you all the best in your lives, everyday.

I finally threw my OG Clarity in a frame. My picture hook fell beind the Kallax so I gotta move records to dig it out... But later, I got my boys over.

Merry Xmas everyone! My wife got me John Mayer - Battle Studies and (not vinyl, but) the Tom DeLonge mini guitar for my desk.

 

I have Continuum in my Amazon cart (that album has been therapeutic this week) but I don't wanna pull the trigger yet with all the Boxing Day sales starting tomorrow haha.

 

I have the MOV Continuum. It sounds pretty sweet. I miss the old John Mayer. Haha.

 

Same. I haven't really listened to him since Born and Raised.

Its funny when folks went and said that about The Weeknd he went and released Dawn FM and put a picture of himself "looking old"!

Target edition. Pretty sure I’m just gonna stick with the Target variants. I’m known as being obsessed with Target within my family.

 

gonna be hard to listen to those records now :P

Haha I have a new copy on order from Sound of Vinyl but seeing as how I cancelled my "free vinyl" order I'm not too optimistic about thisn one.

 

Made a list of the records I’m waiting for a repress for or to become available at a reasonable price. Feels weird the major albums list I want is this short now. Last fall it was up to almost 300. There are more than these, but those are available when I choose to snag them. Let’s hold out hope for some represses this year.

yah i got re-recorded one this year actually, but wouldn't mind an OG or repress as you said of the original and that's funny you are looking for underdog EP i literally JUST took and uploaded photos of my copy on discogs the other day because the cover on there wasn't the actual cover and it was bugging me haha

 

Got Swans “To Be Kind” (signed by Michael Gira). Technically a present to myself kinda but my wife gave me the ok to spend the extra 10 bucks to buy it because Xmas.

also got rice paper inner sleeves and a grimeys gift card!
