The way they scramble around on defense can definitely be exploited if teams are patient and make the extra pass. It wasn't as big an issue when they were getting more deflections and rebounding better, but now they're giving up a ton of easy looks from 3, just like last year. And their own shooting continues to be a huge issue. Franz is now down to 29% from deep this year, not having Ingles healthy definitely hurts.

Noticed the defensive “rotation” tonight. Admittedly haven’t been able to see many games so was wondering if this was tired legs or just Heat passing well.

Also curious as to what the offense is supposed to be, which might be my issue with NBA as a whole though. The PnR didn’t seem great tonight and Paolo would dribble and make a poor attempt at driving, to throw up a not great looking shot.
