My boss asked if I could do one task on two days I'm off, will only take like a half hour or so each day but like what's the point in PTO if when you take off you have to do shit lol. I could have said no but not trying to look bad right before reviews / raise time

 

I drove home from work in traffic nearly shitting my pants and burst into the bathroom only to find that my fiance left me 5 squares of toilet paper. Literally started going before I even fully sat down. There will be hell to pay.

Actually that's a bit of a misconception. Bidets aren't always expensive. There are decent/good bidets that you can install onto your already existing toilet. If you want one that's fully featured and solely designed for the bidet experience, those can be pricey.

 

Getting woken up every morning between 5 and 6 bc my neighbor leaves their dog outside barking for like 15 minutes before finally letting them in.

 

That gift guides or gift sections for men are like always whiskey, golf, and bbqing. Men have no other interests apparently!!

 

I very much appreciate having an in-unit washer/dryer as the last several places I lived didn't have one and it sucked. But omg the ones in my apartment are so tiny it takes forever to do laundry. I've done a zillion loads today because it's like half the size of a regular one

 

When people send you a calendar invite for a meeting, which you accept, and then they expect you to also send them an email telling them that you will attend the meeting.

I just can’t believe it’s happened AGAIN that I get noisy people playing the same shitty genre where I can hear and feel the bass. I’m hesitant to call security because it’s not to the point atm where it’s loud enough like last time. I can still hear it tho and I know I can’t be unreasonable while living in an apartment. I am documenting tho. I heard nothing yesterday and I was hoping that maybe it was just maintenance cleaning and getting the unit ready. If I complain I feel like nothing will happen because it’s not “over the top”. That Bluetooth speaker is in my Amazon cart ready to check out. Maybe I can hope someone else will complain. As I’m writing this the music got louder

 

I can't stand noisy neighbors. I always live on the top floor to mitigate noise as much as possible. Loud upstairs neighbors and noisy neighbors behind me drives me nuts.

A lot of people shouldn't be allowed in community rentals.

 

I think it stopped. I really hope. But I remember being told when I moved in that you can’t play your music loud. Some people just don’t gaf. It just shows they’re inconsiderate people. I worry sometimes if my tv is too loud for the elderly guy living on one side of me (I can’t stand it past a certain volume anyway) The way the units are designed I don’t think the wall where my tv is is located to a main wall of his. I really want to live in a house or even rent but I can’t afford it on my own

 

My neighbor’s driveway is right by my bedroom and they wake me up multiple times a week bc they are so fucking noisy. Today he decided to shovel the driveway at 5 am even though he didn’t leave for work until 8 and we only got an inch of snow!!! So there wasn’t even anything to really shovel so all I heard was the shovel scraping the driveway the whole time. He brings the garbage out every week again at 5 am and the totes are on wheels so they are extremely noisy and they have 2 totes. Why can’t you do that after work???? I just want to get a full night’s sleep for once!

 

Never knowing what time the movie is actually going to start. Showed up 15 mins after the show time and the ads are still playing, not even the trailers! Hate sitting through all this shit.

There needs to be more reasons to dress up! I’m gonna be very overdressed on Christmas Eve bc I have this emerald green velvet dress just sitting in my closet but I have nowhere to wear it. So I’m gonna wear it Sunday and I’ll prob get food all over it when I’m helping my Nana cook but oh well!! I’m also very overdressed about to go see a movie but idc I wanna be fancy!!

I have had the same thing for years with my neighbor. It was even more annoying as bin collection was a saturday and my day off. The whole street put their bins out the night before, but them. In general, they are decent neighbors, so just concluded I'll be moaning for the rest of my time at this house about it!
