  2. Watched Texas Chainsaw Massacre 2 and Hobo With a Shotgun last night. HWAS might actually be my favorite modern B-movie, though I'm sure there are a few I'm forgetting. The one-liners and gore were just out of control.

TCM2, on the other hand...I don't know. It was a bit of a love-hate thing, like it was a really awful movie but I did appreciate Bill Moseley and the commitment to shock/camp. The ending left me like

I hated TCM2 haha. The original is a masterpiece. The follow ups all left me unsatisfied. I know that's not the most popular opinion

you can hardly go wrong with Cronenberg. even his non-horror works are horrifying, ahaha. Suspiria is one of my personal favs, a nightmarish hell of a movie.

ugh, I need to catch up with Bojack (only seen season 1). I also tend to mix up Elijah Wood with JGL

I enjoyed it a bit more than the first I think. Didn't watch anything after that due to popular consensus

Nostalgia plays a huge factor in my love for TCM 2, but yea it totally sucks. Still fun though.

Revisiting Saw now for the first time in years. Acting is incredibly poor, but the score alone makes it all worth it.

Do you guys prefer movies where the good guy wins or one where the bad guy does? (oversimplified but you know what I mean)

I much prefer when the final girl triumphs.

A good ending to a horror movie is when every redeemable character is dead

In horror specifically I'd much rather see the bad guys win, but if a character goes through a certain amount of shit and doesn't make incredibly stupid decisions, I'm more apt to root for them. I love fake out endings though. Drag Me To Hell immediately comes to mind.

Also, you'll probably like Horns, not as good as the book, but still really good. It won't hit you as hard emotionally as the book did, I can pretty much guarantee that.
