On Fields, I'd say like 70% yes depending on the price. Like, surely the Bears cant expect a top QB level price if they're gonna clearly take the top QB in the draft with that Panthers pick...so, if its for just the 1st rounder, I'd consider it. Anything more, then you've dropped the kind of value (between Pickett and Fields) where you trade from #6 to #2, and thats not what the Steelers do.

Big pass on Greg Roman though. We just got rid of a guy who called games while the league passed him by in style...and Greg Roman had one massive year with lamar and got figured out immediately...and diminished from there. Same in that San Fran/Kaep offense. Don't need a big 2024 and just dwindling returns 2025/2026 til we fire everyone involved.

No idea who the hot assistant offensive coordinator is who can maximize Fields, but, I'd gladly watch a year of that over what Pickett is gonna do...sorta the same way we whistled past the graveyard with Kordell.
