Yo that FF game is really fun

 

I’ve only played the RE5 demo. RE4 is a top 5 game of all time for me, but the next RE I played after 4 was 6 and I lost interest in the franchise after that and never played 5.

 

Capcom needs to stop being cowards and give us the CV remake the fans want

 

tbh I don't think RE5+6 are bad, they're just okay. back half of 5 has some cool Jill and Wesker stuff plus the Spencer Mansion dlc. 6 has an interesting narrative structure and some cool settings, it might not feel like survival horror but it's still a decent game. OG RE4 just happens to be a lot more fun, while RE7+8 and REmake 2+3 are just a different beast altogether. RE1 was the only truly frustrating experience, I think if I went back and played OG RE2+3 for the first time now I wouldn't like them as much as 5+6.

 

That PS+ lineup this month is nice, a lot of stuff I'd want to check out.

 

6 is responsible for the recent RE renaissance so that’s good for something!

 

5 isn't actually that bad, a great co-op experience

6 is just a mess and I would never recommend it

 

if the rumors are true of a Fortnite sports mode also coming eventually I generally won’t need any other games lol

 

I don’t know if I would put NG+ at the top of my request list for that game. 100% DLC

 

RE5 was notably better if you had an actual human playing as Sheva. If you were lame like me and had to use the AI there were some parts that were truly unbearable.

Also honestly NG+ is a mid feature for me in most games. Like I have to absolutely LOVE a game to even consider NG+ lol

 

I want a New Game - mode where they just remove everything

 

if RE9 was spiritual successor to RE4 with a similarly long campaign in a new inspired setting

capcom has to be thinking this to themselves

 

Same, there's a lot of stuff I haven't even heard of and def plan on checking out.


Def gotta recommend the FF game to people tho. Team Ninja KILLED it. So different than what people were expecting, and I know it was well received.

Altered Beasts and Bushido Blade were my fav fighting games back in the PS1 days.
