Was at the show tonight. I can't remember if they cut a song from last night but they also played “decisions, decisions.” I haven't seen them since TOC in 2016, but they put on an awesome show. New song sounded great and the crowd was fun. Kenny sounds as good as ever

I'm curious what others thought but maybe “anyways.” it sounded like TSL doing a pop punk song in 2023, if that makes sense. Hard to tell hearing it live but it was good lol

  10. Now we begin our praying the recorded version sounds good too. Please holy pop punk gods. Please.

  11. It's a bummer you don't like the mix/master on Anyways, I can be a pretty harsh critic of that sort of thing but I love Anyways! Works for my ears.

But we can both agree that we hope this sounds good.

  12. Gonna hold off for the eventual studio version I think

Yea, TSL is really the biggest hole in my vinyl collection at this point.

The EP production really sucks but those songs are really good

  16. Would do so much for a 12” pressing of the acoustic EP. Want that badly.

  17. Acoustic EP is the only one I’m missing. I guess unless you count the Early Years compilation, but I’m not really that kind of collector haha

  18. That early years pressing is super cool imo. I played those soooo much in college.

was "The Make Yourself at Home EP" ever released on vinyl? Its the only one I'm missing as well.

  20. Yeah it was released by Enjoy The Ride in 2011 as a 10” on a few different variants, but I don’t think it’s been pressed since

How in the fuck is that new song so great? Writing such a good pop punk song this late in the game (both as a genre and a band) is some kind of magic trick.

  22. I can’t listen to a live rip, I gotta wait for studio version

  23. For real, it already feels like an all timer. One listen of classicaly rough sounding live footage and the riff is already stuck in my head. Love the jazzy chords in the bridge too.

I only tried to listen to a few seconds, sounds promising, but I'll gladly wait for a recorded version to hear the whole tune. So glad!

I just hope they do the studio version justice as the EP was very disappointing from a production / mix point of view. A step down from their previous albums in my opinion. Which is a shame as the songs were actually great.
