Definitely worthy. I haven't tracked the last couple of awards but it was looking like it's Milton's to lose

 

melton was better than both. it's insane.

 

experts still have him 5th behind those two, ruffalo and gosling but his stock is climbing like every day

 

also i think ruffalo and dafoe will cancel each other out

Gosling probably shouldn't even get nominated. Haven't seen Poor things yet

 

gosling is very good in it. i don't love that movie like others but i get it. if we're being real, john magaro should be in the convo but isn't.

 

I'm biased towards Melton because those are the performances I'm most drawn to but yeah I agree

i didn't love that movie but yeah he's great in it.

 

I jokingly called it Reichardt's French Dispatch and I ended up kind of feeling the same about it.

 

yeah im just not a huge reichardt fan. not that it's bad, just a difference in sensibilities i guess. the way some feel about wes actually. just never fully clicks into place for me.
