not naming names obviously but I sent a vendor a UPS shipping label for 1(!) 20 lb box of stuff that needs to get to a store we're opening ASAP and dude is like "no I need you to schedule UPS to come pick this up, I can't take it to a drop off location"

 

I've scheduled full 53ft semi trailers to pick stuff up from this guy before but he can't take a single normal sized box to a UPS location
