Have vomited maybe a couple times over the past decade. Helps I rarely get sick and when I do, it's not severe enough that vomiting happens or would help.

 

This is diarrhea mentality for sure.

 

The worst is when you puke right before work and your eyes get super bloodshot from it so you're paranoid people will think you're high

 

This is me, at least insofar as me having a very bad gag reflex.

On a side note, I've thrown up very rarely, but I have, twice this year, had food in my throat that had me not choking but close.

One with rice and one with pasta, and both times I was drinking fruit punch Crystal Light, so it looked like I was puking up blood.

I got some horrible stomach bug last year or the year before, can't remember which now, where I was throwing up multiple times a day for like 2-3 days. I've gotten the 24 hour norovirus thing that makes you throw up a couple times over the last 10-15 years too. And definitely have unfortunately drank to the point of throwing up more than a few times since I started drinking lol.
