I was thinking the same thing. I thought they would take a break in 2024 and make a new album. Their hype is still high

 

tame impala toured currents for like 4 years, it was wild. shows got really predictable.

 

The Story So Far released Proper Dose 3 years before Turnstile released Glow On, & also toured with blink this year I'm fine if they tour on Proper Dose forever tho. They were contractually obligated to release new music prior to the blink tour, which turned out to be just 1 song haha

 

I do wonder if/when we’ll get a new TSSF album. I thought there would’ve been one by now

Kinda bummed about the Limp Bizkit tour. Had floor tickets that I paid less than $50 for to see them play a 2500 cap but the show got cancelled. Now if I want to see them, I'm probably going to have to pay at least twice that to see them from the lawn at a 20k cap with garbage openers.

 

Anyone know how to find the bizkit presale code?

Every time I see the Bizkit tour lineup I just think about how fucking bizarre it is. Did Fred owe someone money? We're literally in such a big nu metal revival it shouldn't have been hard. LB / Motionless in White / Loathe / Alpha Wolf would have printed money

 

I don’t have an issue with them having “newer” openers. You gotta bring in some of the younger crowd. But the lack some some older/nostalgia acts on the bill is a bad move. That support isn’t strong enough to help fill those venues

 

I don’t think they did it this past summer, but I wonder what sort of bizarre emo pairing Third Eye Blind is cooking up for 2024.
