even after three better offensive performances the last 3 weeks, Jags still rank 20th in 3DC% and 20th in red zone touchdown rate. We are getting yards (10th in the league) and points (9th in the league), but my main criticism of poor game flow and situational play calling still applies.

Even 3 good games to offset the first 9 bad games, aren’t enough to get us to middle of the pack numbers in terms of situational conversions. So why is it such a surprise that I’m still critical of that? My opinion isn’t gonna change just because he called 2.5 good games.

The situation was, yes our defense is giving up 30 points to Jake Browning, but we STILL had 3 separate drives that could’ve put away the game, and we stalled and kicked field goals twice. McManus has been great all year, not surprised he finally missed one. The third time, the holding penalty was bullshit, but a good call still gets us back into FG range. Shouldn’t have came down to that in the first place.

Maybe I’m not paying attention and it is getting lots of screen time but seriously, the Patriots, especially what they pretend is an “offense” is absolutely horrific. They should be paying fans to come to home games to watch this shit.

Patriots have scored 148 points in 12 games. No one has scored less.

The JETS have scored more (23)
the BEARS have scored more (94!)
the PANTHERS have scored more (43!)
the GIANTS have scored more (11)

And the Pats were going into the season with a QB in his fourth year. For the 4 teams above, the QB was either a rookie, shitty 90% of the time, an unexpected backup that is better as a 5th string QB and whatever Daniel Jones fooled Brian Daboll and management into thinking he was before he got hurt.

And all of those teams still have better QB play and offenses than the Patriots.

It is a disaster from the top all the way to the bottom. They have given up 10 points or less in the last three games and came away 0-3.

 

I honestly do not think the pats Steelers game will have more than 13 points

How can it not be??? If a team is bad it's because either A) the players are bad B) the players are not executing or C) the coaching and gameplan is bad.
