Doug hand picked Press, he’s not going to call him out. It’s dumb to expect it.

He’s been good some and he’s been bad some. Recently has been more good than bad. Overall they were good yesterday so there is no reason to worry about it right now.

If they fucking flounder on offense the rest of the season and playoffs then I’ll get mad.

 

I just don’t get why any Jags fan is defensive of him.

Yeah Doug handpicked him and won’t criticize anything he does wrong. I do not think that’s a good thing though

the second game he called against Houston was definitely good. Titans have a bad pass defense so our performance against them was expected. He called 3 good quarters against Cincy.

The rest of the season our offense has underperformed and our defense has had to ensure a handful of our victories because of our poor late game offensive performance. This time they couldn’t.

No one is defensive of Press, Randall. Nor did I say not criticizing him was right. The fact of the matter is the offense was not the problem last night so what is the point of bringing it up right now.

 

Matt is VERY defensive of Press

 

Not one time this year have I criticized him without Matt coming up with excuses why I’m overreacting

 

I haven't seen TBS since 2011 or 2012 I think (Tell All Your Friends 10 year tour?) and Citizen since they were on the first The Greatest Generation Tour with The Wonder Years in like spring 2014

I might not have a problem with Matt’s take here if he hasn’t pushed back *every single time* I rightfully critiqued Taylor.

I’m acknowledging the defense was bad but also that we still could’ve won the game on offense in spite of the adversity. We hardly trailed in that game. It wasn’t like we were down 7 when we lost Trevor and had to be aggressive with Beathard.

 

maybe they can move Pitre around alittle more now and rekindle some of his rookie year play
