I'll accept the vast majority of this, with the caveat that I already posted a study done by the National Institute of Health that shows no correlation whatsoever between marijuana smoking and reaction time. Paying attention is a different story and that's where it does become about tolerance, where a regular drinker can have a beer or two at a restaurant and feel absolutely nothing and be nowhere near the legal limit, but a person drinking for the first time in months probably shouldn't drive at all after one draft beer
