it has its perks, but for her mental well being i would simply prefer she get paid well enough to not need to maintain a side hustle. teachers criminally underpaid.

I have Sundays alone and I quite like it lmao

 

this year felt like a really hit or miss year and now that december is here I have a zillion movies I need to catch before year's end lol

 

This year has been excellent movie wise. I'm very behind TV wise tho

I just don’t like the theatre experience. Sometimes I’ll see something after the crowds have died down that I just have to see on a big screen but seeing movies with a bunch of other people is not for me. Also the last couple times there’s been a cop with a gun at the theatre and that really ruins the vibe

 

The most crowded theater I've been to in Athens was opening night of Priscilla which was sold out and amazing but other than that it's usually like 3 or 4 others.

 

I like the theatre in Baltimore’s Harbor East neighborhood. Like a 5 minute drive from me and it’s usually not crowded at all on weekdays (it was for Barbie though)

They serve good food and drinks so kinda like an Alamo drafthouse theatre

 

what are some of your favs of the year so far? i'm so far behind i'm only at like 20 titles watched for '23 releases lol

 

Killers of the Flower Moon, Oppenheimer, Anatomy of a Fall, Asteroid City, and idk probably Barbie haha
