I know Atom isn’t on the record but all of Derek’s parts feel like Atom could have written/played them.

New song is a jam and a half!

 

New single rips, if this is better than ITTC we're in for a treat!

 

New song is fun. Album looks to be a respectable entry into their catalogue!

 

Both songs are fun. But boy do I hate how they sound.

Don’t know anything about production or mixing, but whatever they were going for isn’t working for me.

 

Love the songs, but not a fan of how overcompressed the mix is. My dad is a sound engineer and record producer, and he would cringe so hard at this if I showed it to him lol

 

New song rips. Sounds like it could be straight from 03, but not in a way that feels like they are pining for nostalgia. I do wish we could have gotten drum parts from Atom, but I love the new songs and the overall tone we have gotten so far. Big fan of the two Lektron songs, I wonder if they had brought Atom in 6 months earlier they would have made their way on to this record. Cool era for this band. I loved ITTC, but it felt like an album that was in the midst of other creative projects. This feels like the band took the time they needed and had a very specific vision. IMO matt's lyrics are either prolific or silly and this song lives in the silly camp. I love it.

 

2 for 2. Like this one a little bit more than the first released single.

 

MAN these songs are good. They're good on first listen and then get better and better from there

2/2. They sound like they're leaning in on their 2000's sound and I couldn't be happier about that

 

Skiba is straight up feeling it in the music video for Bad Time.

I also really appreciate Dan’s mustache.

 

Liked this song right away but this is becoming my favorite Trio song in a long time. And I love the last album a lot

Also it's the rare music video for me that makes the song even better. I don't watch any music videos but I've watched this one like 15 times already.

 

I find funny that the actress in video is so look alike to Skiba’s ex girlfriend who was on the cover of My Shame Is True.
