Place I worked at in Atlanta, Superica, was not a Mexican restaurant, it was specifically a Tex Mex restaurant, started by a guy from Texas. I wouldn’t compare it to a Mexican restaurant.

But it is super good in its own way and it’s not just imitating Mexican food poorly like a lot of people think of Tex Mex (I.e. seasoning ground beef with packaged seasoning and loading it with sour cream and jar salsa). Legit Tex Mex salsas, meats, refried beans etc actually do require a very intensive process to make authentically as well

USPS is actually a hella good job. i have heard that is sucks shit for the first few years but eventually as you work your way up the ladder, the ultimate payoff is pretty sweet.

i tried for a long time to get a job on the railroad, they start off making something like $27 an hour and get to threaten to go on strike every year because they wanna make more money. king shit.

 

Yeah I worked with a retired mailman at that nonprofit back in 2020 - he only quit the USPS because his eyeshit was going to shit. He loved it. I wouldn't want to actually be a mail carrier though, just work in one of the offices probably

I think I've said it before but I worked less than a week at the Hobby Lobby distribution center in January 2021 and I have never felt physically worse in my entire life
