My guesses would be:
1) Eagles
2) Cardinals
3) Steelers

but I really don’t have any sense on whether he wants to play or if he wants to secure the bag first, because if it’s the latter, I don’t think he plays until 2024; can’t imagine a pro-rated contract to just finish out the season outweighs the injury risk
