    Same thing with Alabama and Texas
    Texas beat Alabama but there's no actual argument for Texas being better than Alabama.

    Gonna be funny when the Beavs beat Oregon on Friday and Arizona gets the berth in the title game lol.

    don’t care if it’s Arizona or Oregon on 12/1.

    gonna be a fun one with two electric offenses indoors. Go Dawgs!

    They look like the better team.

    Also they've had five common opponents. Left is Oregon, right is Washington

    42-6 vs. 42-33
    35-6 vs. 35-28
    36-27 vs. 52-42
    63-19 vs. 59-32
    49-13 vs. 15-7

    225-71 vs. 203-142

    Oregon has as of right now the better OL, defense, and running game. Both have great QBs and coaches. Washington has better receivers and a better defensive star but that's really it.

    Power rank if everyone holds serve. How 12 team playoff would look?

    1. Georgia
    2. Ohio St
    3. Washington
    4. Florida st

    5. Texas. Va. 12. Tulane
    6. Michigan. Vs 11. Penn state
    7. Oregon. Vs. 10. Ole miss
    8. Alabama. Vs 9. Missouri

    Louisville jumps over penn state if they beat Kentucky* (penn st resume is garbage)

    Also, since pac is done after this year. Idk. I'm feeling hesitant about 12 team playoff. Feels like too many and unnecessary?

    Especiallllly if the conferences don't do a divisor system anymore for the conference title game. Most of those games will be irrelevant (playing for a bye scenarios).

    Id revisit the playoff structure. Its a weird number but 10 might be better. Top 6 teams "get byes", bottom 4 have play-in games.

    I think it'd be:

    9. Alabama vs. 8. Oregon --> 1. Georgia
    12. Liberty vs. 5. Michigan --> 4. Florida State

    11. Mississippi vs. 6. Texas --> 3. Washington
    10. Penn State vs. 7. Missouri --> 2. Ohio State

  23. CarpetElf

    Maximum Chaos Edition:

    9. Florida State. vs. 8. Washington --> 1. Georgia
    12. Liberty vs. 5. Kansas State --> 4. Arizona

    11. Missouri vs. 6. Ohio State --> 3. Iowa
    10. Oregon vs. 7. Michigan --> 2. Louisville

    who would want less potential for this

  24. domotime2

    Missouri jumping Alabama? Id be surprised to see that.

    I think liberty would only make it if tulane lost again. CUSA is most def the worst conference now by quite a bit.

    The rivalry is back on

    Win Out And They’re (Almost Certainly) In:

    1. Georgia
    2. Ohio St
    3. Michigan
    4. Washington
    5. Florida St
    6. Alabama
    7. Oregon

    Win Out And They Need A Little Help At The Top Too

    1. Texas (FSU loss or 2+ loss conference champ)

    Win Out And They Need A Lot Of Help

    1. Louisville (a statement win over an undefeated FSU in ACC-C + Texas loss + no stronger 1 loss at large contender)

    OUT

    1. Penn State
    2. Missouri
    3. Mississippi
    4. Oklahoma
    5. LSU
    6. Notre Dame
    7. Oregon St
    8. Iowa
    9. Arizona
    10. Kansas St
    11. UNC
    12. Tulane
    13. Oklahoma St
    14. NC State
    15. Liberty
    16. Toledo
