The juxtaposition of these two posts side by side does such a perfect job showing how the conservative pecking order works

working against one oppressed group up until the point where you can leverage that oppressed group to further oppress another group is conservatives bread and butter. Just look at how they treat women's rights normally, and then how they treat women's rights when a trans women enters the picture. Or how they talk about gay rights domestically, and then how they talk about middle eastern's countries of gay people

But you don't usually see it so obviously side by side like that
