I just don’t think I’m asking for a lot when I ask for an OL to block at a league average level. Or for receivers to actually be open. Or if they aren’t open, make a congested catch (they never do). Or for the run game to average more than 1-2 yards every first down. I just want glimpses of this before I bash Bryce. Like, just one game, or one offensive series with this.

Yeah I’m not having a good day lol I’m at my breaking point with how much I’ve had to spend this month

 

That sucks, man. Tires are expensive.

We had this batshit hail storm a few weeks back and both of our cars got hammered. Both windshields smashed plus a lot of body damage.

And of course with hail comes roof damage, so we're getting our roof replaced in December too. Insurance covered most of it but still gonna have to pay a nice chunk because of the age of the roof. Fun times.

 

meh I don’t really look at it that way, hindsight is 20/20, drafting a bust over good players is one thing but outside the top 5, if you got a first round talent you got a first round talent. So much other stuff factors in beyond that - a better player in a vacuum can easily be a worse player in reality if the coach & scheme isn’t a good fit, and that’s only one example

Parsons is massively undersized and had character concerns so I don’t blame teams for passing even if they were later proven wrong. Cowboys are the perfect fit because of how they use their rushers and because they don’t give a fuck about character concerns lmao

QB is the only position where im like, “there’s either 1 or 0 good quarterbacks in most draft classes, and there’s almost always a large gap between the first and second guy if there’s more than 1, so you better make as sure as possible you get that right”

 

Im just happy the Panthers didnt take PS2.

 

oh cool they're moving all our stuff offshore except like 2 things which is barely enough for 1 person to do and there are 5 people on my team.

 

The PS2 matches the panthers color scheme perfectly and has an insane catalog of games. Would've been a great pick.

 

There’s so much talent between Mingo, Marshall, Shenault, Chark and ISM that I’m kinda shocked that none of them have panned out

It’s kinda the opposite problem/outcome Reich had in IND where he was given guys like Zach Pascal and Ashton Dulin as his WR3 and they were surprisingly good given their limitation and this group is surprisingly bad given their potential

 

He had a good OL and run game to counter the lack of talent at WR. Panthers are missing talent in all 3 areas.
