My friend (who is barely a friend at this point) planned his kid’s bday party at 1:00 PM EST on the 19th during the Steeler game. I do not want to go but feel obligated. He 100% won’t have the game on either.

Reich wasting his timeout and then settling for a 59-yard FG and becoming 1-8. He needs to go. Along with Thomas Brown. We clearly lack talent but there scheming and play calling is incredibly poor.

 

watch Bryce young’s last play. He had a guy wide open on the sideline that could’ve got 20 yards and an easier field goal

 

I’m not saying Bryce hasn’t made his own mistakes. But he’s also a rookie and I kinda expect some of that. I didn’t expect the offensive coaches to be this bad. And I didn’t expect the OL to be this bad. It’s truly a terrible team. The roster has gotten worse every year under Fitterer and he’s simultaneously wasted a bunch of picks of multiple QBs that don’t work out. Still too early to call Bryce a bust or anything. But I have little hope he can succeed considering what’s around him.

 

No one in this offense ever makes a play for Bryce. The receivers never come up with the tough catch. And a lot of the attempts are tough catches because they can’t get any separation. So tired of repeatedly watching him drop back, having 1-3 guys in his face and no one open downfield. Over and over again.

But his apparent miss on that 3rd down will be harped on. And yeah, you don’t want that. But what about the countless mistakes by those around him before that? All the blown blocks, all the poor routes, all the drops, all the false starts (we lead the league). He has to do everything. And he’s a rookie that isn’t ready to do that yet. So he makes mistakes. And when he does, those mistakes look massive. And I get it. QB is suppose to be the guy who makes everyone better. I just disagree with that with the context of our situation.

 

If the Panthers fire Reich, the Eagles can fire or demote Brian Johnson and hire Reich to be the OC please and thank you
