The fancier parts of the DC suburbs are about that expensive, but I think those suburbs are also closer to downtown DC than Dedham is to downtown Boston

And the more working class suburbs are cheaper but they probably won’t be for long… soon as Amazon completes their College Park tech campus that’ll be over

 

lol Dedham isn't even that nice. It's close to the city so that tracks, but like...I basically lived there and it's less than ideal.

 

Oh yeah, Dedham is easily an hour worth of driving into Downtown Boston despite being...10 miles away?
