Saleh then said “I’m gonna plead the fifth cause I’ve already answered that question, respectfully of course”. I took it as, “I’m not going to throw my QB under the bus when the whole offense is struggling, we evaluate Siemian every day in practice and make the intentional call to stick to Wilson every week and it’s not your business why nor is it good for my team to pit teammates against each other in the media”

I 100% think Siemian would be equally horrible but without that random throw downfield that gets them into field goal range here and there. He might have better pocket awareness but a shitty arm counteracts that. He’s not a Tyrod Taylor backup that can threaten defenses and escape bad pockets, he’s more of like, we saw what happened when Daboll started that DeVito mf over Daniel Jones after Taylor’s injury and pretended Jones was hurt. If your offense just sucks your third string guy might literally finish with negative yards.
