I was going to say something last night about him actually. He doesn’t seem to get a lot of heat but they always underperform.

 

He's clearly a good coach, whereas most coaches are bad, but yeah they seem like a team that's just never gonna get where they can go.

yeah the Bills are at the very tippy top of my "Do Something This Season Or I Want To Stop Hearing About You" list for this season

 

last year they barely beat the Skyler Thompson dolphins then got smoked at home by the bengals, you'd think they would have done more to shake things up. Josh did have that elbow injury to be fair but...

 

if the playoffs started today not only are the Bills out of the picture but all four AFCN teams would be in.

I would not recommend firing Sean McDermott after one (1) .500 start through 8 games

 

on paper it looks like an extreme move but, the Bills are extremely just a Good Regular Season Team right now.

it is definitely a "you think you want to be out here, but you don't really want to be out here" kinda thing but I would think unless they make some noise in the playoffs, it's really possible
