at the very LEAST he needs to adopt the program CEO role and hire a proper OC. he just plainly is not a good game-day decision maker. if he doesn't delegate for next season he's gonna get fired during the season. he probably should be fired before this season ends. y'all have next to no chance to get another win this season.
