Hands down my two favorites on here.

 

Also interesting to see how well they’ve perfected song outros on this record.

 

Same. That’s the stretch where I went “ok, they really went for and nailed something awesome here.”

 

Tidal Wave is awesome and so is this.

 

I wish The Stranger was stretched out a lil more tho

I know the New Again stuff is a bit sometimes but did New Again personally do something to some of you? I can't imagine spending so much time posting about an album I do not like.

 

The people who don't like it have not been trying to bring it up, especially in this ALBUM thread, speaking for myself anyways.

I could actually actively enjoy the four or so songs on that album that I think are good if the New Again stans weren't constantly trying to claim it's a whole good album (or laughably their best album). But they've convinced me the album shouldn't exist

those who like the album were allowed to post about it without anyone instantly jumping down their throats? And vice versa, of course. I'm not saying one side is better.

It feels childish but it's also the same problem in the blink thread (like users debating over Neighborhoods and the Skiba records when none of them are hysterically bad like a very few pretend) and I just don't get it lmao. It's easy to not engage.

 

The last four tracks of this, for me, are the best part

Juice 2 Me is the big highlight here but there's nothing bad

Edit: think I was mixing up Quit Trying with Keep Going hahaha. Keep Going is nuts, Quit Trying is alright

 

I like all of this but new music friday. I hear coldplay and I personally cant get passed it haha
