The other day I saw a fitness influencer on tiktok say how he had a bagel for breakfast and didn't let it derail his whole day and fitness goals and I was like oh. I eat a bagel and cream cheese every morning lmao. He acted like it was similar to eating a super sized big Mac meal for breakfast. Bagels have protein, okay!!
