@CarpetElf - ChatGPT would like a word with you.

Brock Purdy, the San Francisco 49ers quarterback, has undoubtedly shown promise in the NFL, but it's fair to say his performance has been somewhat overrated. While his college career at Iowa State was impressive, his transition to the professional level has been less stellar. Purdy has struggled with consistency, often making questionable decisions under pressure and showing limited adaptability in his game. His completion percentage and touchdown-to-interception ratio leave room for improvement, and he has yet to prove himself as a top-tier quarterback in the league. While there's potential for growth, the hype surrounding him might be premature, and it's important to assess his performance in a more critical light to see if he can truly live up to the high expectations placed on him.

Dipping a chip into salsa is a matter of personal preference, but there are some generally accepted guidelines for doing so. Here's a common way to dip a chip into salsa:

    1. Choose the right chip: Select a sturdy tortilla chip that can withstand the weight of the salsa without breaking. You can also use corn chips, pita chips, or any other type of dipping chip you prefer.

    2. Hold the chip properly: Use your fingers to pick up the chip. It's usually considered impolite to use utensils for this type of casual dipping.

    3. Position the chip: Hold the chip horizontally, so it forms a scoop-like shape, allowing you to carry a good amount of salsa in one bite.

    4. Dip at the right angle: Gently dip the chip into the salsa, angling it so that you can scoop up a sufficient amount of salsa without making a mess. Avoid submerging the chip completely or dipping it too shallowly.

    5. Scoop, don't stab: When you make contact with the salsa, use a scooping motion rather than stabbing the chip into the salsa. This helps prevent the chip from breaking and ensures an even coating of salsa.

    6. Lift it slowly: After scooping up salsa, lift the chip slowly to let any excess drip off back into the salsa dish. This will help prevent drips and spills.

    7. Enjoy: Bring the chip to your mouth and enjoy the delicious combination of chip and salsa. Be sure not to double-dip by returning a half-eaten chip to the salsa dish – use a fresh chip instead.

Remember, the proper way to dip a chip into salsa may vary from one culture or individual to another, so it's always a good idea to follow the local customs or the preferences of those you are sharing the salsa with.

Ranking the top five tight ends of all time is subjective and can vary depending on individual opinions. However, here is a list of five tight ends who are often regarded as some of the greatest in NFL history based on their contributions to the game, statistical achievements, and impact on their respective teams:

    1. **Rob Gronkowski** - Gronk is widely considered one of the most dominant tight ends in NFL history. He has a combination of size, strength, and athleticism that made him a favorite target of Tom Brady during their time together with the New England Patriots.

    2. **Tony Gonzalez** - Gonzalez is often cited as one of the best pass-catching tight ends ever. He holds numerous records for the position and was consistently productive throughout his career with the Kansas City Chiefs and Atlanta Falcons.

    3. **Kellen Winslow** - The original "Air Coryell" offense of the San Diego Chargers in the late 1970s and early 1980s featured Winslow as a key target. He was known for his exceptional receiving skills and played a major role in redefining the position.

    4. **Mike Ditka** - Before becoming a successful coach, Mike Ditka was a Hall of Fame player for the Chicago Bears and Philadelphia Eagles. He was a tough, two-way player known for his blocking and receiving abilities.

    5. **Shannon Sharpe** - Shannon Sharpe had a storied career with the Denver Broncos and Baltimore Ravens. He was known for his speed and route-running, and he was a key part of multiple Super Bowl-winning teams.

Honorable mentions should also go to other legendary tight ends like John Mackey, Ozzie Newsome, and Antonio Gates. Keep in mind that this list can be debated, and opinions may vary depending on individual criteria and the era in which a player competed.

Witten couldn't even catch an honorable mention! lol

Yes, the salary cap is very real in the National Football League (NFL). The NFL operates under a salary cap system designed to promote competitive balance among its teams. The salary cap is a financial mechanism that limits the total amount of money a team can spend on player salaries and bonuses in a given league year. This cap helps ensure that no one team can simply outspend all others to assemble a super team.

Key points about the NFL salary cap:

    1. **Annual Cap**: The salary cap is adjusted annually and is based on the league's revenue. The NFL and the NFL Players Association (NFLPA) negotiate and set the cap figure for each season.

    2. **Player Contracts**: Teams must structure player contracts within the constraints of the salary cap. This includes player salaries, signing bonuses, and various incentives.

    3. **Consequences of Cap Violations**: If a team exceeds the salary cap, they can face penalties, such as fines, loss of draft picks, and voiding of player contracts. It's essential for teams to manage their finances effectively to stay within the cap limits.

    4. **Player Movement**: The salary cap affects player movement, as teams often release, trade, or restructure contracts to stay within their cap space. Star players may need to be released or traded if their contracts become too burdensome.

    5. **Exceptions**: There are various exceptions and rules related to the salary cap, including veteran minimum salaries, practice squad salaries, and franchise tags, which allow teams to retain key players on one-year contracts.

    6. **Carryover and Rollover**: Teams can carry over unused cap space from one season to the next, which can provide flexibility in managing future cap space.

The NFL's salary cap system is complex and requires teams to make strategic decisions about how to allocate their resources. It's a fundamental aspect of the league's financial structure and contributes to the competitive balance that makes the NFL so popular.

Kelce not at least being above Shannon Sharpe by now is HILARIOUS

Also no chance Gronk is above Tony G but I’ll give him “close” and “even better in the red zone”

"Pittsburgh is not located in the mountains, but it is situated in a hilly and rugged terrain. The city is known for its three rivers (the Allegheny, Monongahela, and Ohio Rivers) and the surrounding hills, which give it a unique topography, but it's not considered part of a mountainous region."

Mike Ditka is 100% a top 5 TE of all time though, no question. It wasn’t sustained over a long period of time but he quite literally put up numbers that would be elite for a TE *NOW* for a couple seasons 5 decades ago. Like before teams even threw to WIDE RECEIVERS like that

Adjusted completion percentage" may take into account additional factors or adjustments. This can be useful when the initial plan had flaws or when external circumstances affected the completion of tasks. It provides a more nuanced view of performance.

In summary, the choice between the two depends on your specific needs and whether you want a basic measure of task completion or a more nuanced evaluation that considers external factors and adjustments

    Interesting

literally wrong though. Pittsburgh is immediately surrounded on almost all 4 sides by larger mountains than what you find in the city. Pittsburgh quite literally is built in a mountain valley with steep slopes
