Somebody Else is the best

 

It's probably one of my top 3 songs of the year so far, the others being Kiss It Better and Ultralight Beam.

 

I don't think I'd skip anything on here. I love the full listen and the time invested into every time I delve in. Love that it's a real full and dense piece of art.

 

With the weather change I haven't gone back to this much. I'm sure I will come around again soon.

 

This girl I went out with the other night said she wanted to buy me a ticket to see them this summer. I like her already.

 

That's a keeper right there, my girlfriend and I met at a 1975 show.

This has been hitting me so hard today, I was blasting The Sound with my windows down on my way home from school and it was just great

 

I listened to this four times today. When I wasn't listening to it, I had a song stuck in my head. Took me a while, but the album finally sucked me in. I understand it now.

 

I've been playing the hell outta the new Weezer album instead. Just seems way more summery. I'm gonna come back to this soon though, just wanted to give it a break.

 

I def wore this album out quickly. Went back to listening to S/T more the last two weeks.

 

Somebody Else is definitely top 3.

 

One more month!

 

Somebody Else is still my favourite off the album.

 

Kinda shitty but I always skip track 1 and 2. Ugh to the end is sweet though.

 

I often will just start with Love Me but I couldn't see skipping that track.

 

My top three in order are Somebody Else, UGH!, and If I Believe You. Ballad of Me and My Brain is a close fourth.

Top 3 for me is Love Me, If I Believe You, and Paris. I absolutely adore everything though. Ask me again tomorrow and I'll probably have 3 completely different tracks.

 

Somebody Else, She Lays Down, and She's American for me.

 

Ugh, She's American and This Must Be My Dream are my top 3. Somebody Else and Nana closely follow.

I have so many conflicted thoughts on this album. Really really want to love it, but I think I just like it unfortunately. It's weird because I wouldn't say it didn't live up to my expectations, but I just don't love it.

 

This album grows on me more and more with each listen. The Ballad Of Me and My Brain + Somebody Else are my most played tracks, and I have to listen to both on sequence every time. It's almost like they complement each other.
